1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Tierra Trekking Co. Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”). By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Issuer
Gift Cards are issued by Tierra Trekking Co., an Australian registered business (ABN [insert your ABN]).

3. Gift Card Value and Currency

• Gift Cards are issued in Australian dollars (AUD) only.

• The value of the Gift Card is stated at the time of purchase and cannot be altered once issued.

• No fees apply to the purchase or redemption of a Gift Card.

 

4. Validity Period

• Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

• The expiry date is clearly stated on the Gift Card.

• After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited and the card will be inactive.

 

5. Redemption

• Gift Cards may be redeemed for any Tierra Trekking Co. tour, product, or service available at the time of redemption.

• To redeem, contact Tierra Trekking Co. directly at [insert email/phone] and quote your unique Gift Card number.

• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another Gift Card.

• If the purchase exceeds the Gift Card value, the balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

• Only one Gift Card can be applied per person, per booking, unless otherwise approved by Tierra Trekking Co.

 

6. Remaining Balance

• If the purchase is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card until it is used or expires.

• Balances cannot be transferred to another Gift Card.

 

7. Delivery and Risk

• For digital Gift Cards, Tierra Trekking Co. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay once the Gift Card has been sent to the recipient’s nominated email address.

• For physical Gift Cards (if issued), risk of loss or theft passes to the recipient upon delivery.

 

8. Lost or Stolen Cards

• Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost, stolen, or deleted Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded unless required by law.

• Proof of purchase and identification may be required for any enquiries.

 

9. Refunds and Cancellations

• Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

• Any refunds for purchases made using a Gift Card will be credited back to a replacement Gift Card.

 

10. Use with Promotions

• Gift Cards may be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

• Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for past purchases or balances already invoiced.

 

11. Fraud and Misuse

• Tierra Trekking Co. reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card or refuse redemption if fraud, tampering, or unauthorised use is suspected.

 

12. Changes to Terms

• Tierra Trekking Co. may vary these Terms from time to time.
